New to the Shul?

Anyone is welcome to join us for any service. Shaarey Tefilah offers traditional services:

If you are new to traditional services, you may want to experience a Friday night service which is a shorter than Saturday morning.  It features lots of singing using Shlomo Carlebach melodies and lasts just over an hour.  For a taste of Saturday morning services, arrive around 11:00 am (services start just after 9:00, but people arrive throughout the morning) to catch the end of the Torah service and listen to Rabbi Singer's d'var torah (word of torah).

Dress on Friday and Saturday is anywhere from business casual (i.e., no jeans) to semi-formal as befits the holiness of Shabbat.  (However, Friday night is a little more casual than Saturday.)
